Golf Course Superintendent
We are seeking a highly driven and motivated Golf Course Superintendent with a passion for the golf course maintenance industry and a desire to continue growing professionally.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Agronomy and play an active role in establishing and maintaining the standards of the golf course.
Key Responsibilities & Opportunities
The Golf Course Superintendent will have the opportunity to take an active leadership role in the daily operation of the Agronomy Department, including:
- Leading daily team meetings and communicating priorities and expectations to the maintenance staff.
- Establishing and maintaining high standards for golf course presentation and playing conditions.
- Overseeing fertilizer and chemical applications, including planning, application, and record keeping.
- Monitoring course conditions and making agronomic recommendations based on weather, turf health, and playing conditions.
- Participating in Green Committee meetings and contributing to discussions regarding course conditions.
- Assisting with scheduling, staff development, training, and daily departmental operations.
- Working alongside the Director of Agronomy to implement agronomic programs and continually improve course conditions.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring applications and maintenance practices are properly documented.
- Helping develop a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
