Assistant Golf Course Superintendent

Mayacama is seeking an energetic, driven individual to join our team as Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent plays a vital role within our team and works directly with the Director of Grounds, Lead Assistant, Equipment manager and entire team to provide exceptional conditions on a daily basis. 

Duties include:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations
• Manage and train a staff of 20
• Assist in chemical and fertilizer applications
• Be directly involved in the safety program
• Have a hands on role in daily irrigation set up

We are passionate about turfgrass and expect this person to be of similar midset. We will provide opportunity to grow professionally and expose the individual to all aspects of our golf course operation.
